What We Build

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) are compact, versatile, and efficient. They are ideal for guest houses and short term rental units. Models between 500 and 988 square feet.

Our Single Family Homes (SFH's) are designed for investors developing spec properties or holding them as rentals. These homes have functional layouts and modern features.

Our multifamily units can be sold as duets or kept for their cash flow. These units are built to be durable, low maintenance, and cost effective to build.
How much does it cost?
This is everyone's first question. The answer: It depends. Without looking at your site, we can only provide numbers for the hard construction.
North Carolina construction costs in 2025 are between $120 and $190 per square foot for most residential projects.
We will conduct a site evalution on your land to provide a turnkey proposal.
Then that's our number. We don't play a game with change orders and hidden fees.

Now everything is in our hands. Our team will work diligently and provide weekly updates.
03) Plan Selection
We will make any design tweaks needed and agree of the project's scope and specifications.
