How long does it take to build?

Typically, it takes between 4 to 8 months to build a home, depending on factors like the size, weather conditions, and the specifics of the site.

What customizations can we make?

You can personalize features like siding color, countertops, paint, tile work, flooring, and light fixtures. We handle the rest, so you won’t feel overwhelmed with choices or need to hire a designer. Our trusted styles and selections are designed to suit a variety of tastes.

What’s included in your prices?

Our pricing covers the full construction of the home, including the foundation, framing, cabinets, hardware, and fixtures. What’s not included are costs for clearing and grading, utilities, tap fees, and driveways.

Where do you build?

We build homes in areas between Charlotte and Asheville.

How do I start the process?

Can I build on my own lot?

Absolutely! We will complete a site evaluation to determine clearing and grading needs, assess utility situations, and review local setbacks and zoning requirements.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We can assist with construction loans and have partnerships with local lenders who can help with permanent financing solutions.

Are there any hidden fees?

We are committed to transparency in our pricing. You will receive a detailed estimate of all costs before signing any agreements. We will also discuss potential fees, such as site preparation, permitting, and optional upgrades, to ensure no surprises.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 2-year 'bumper-to-bumper' warranty and a 10-year structural warranty. Additionally, many of the materials used in your home come with their own warranties.

Can I visit a home under construction?

Yes, you can! For safety reasons, please schedule a walkthrough with our team in advance.
